November Framed Art

Good Morning, Stampers!

Here is the sample of what we will be making for my November Framed Art Class.

The original idea came from a banner by Stampin' Up!. I fell in love with the elegance of the whole thing and I wanted to incorporate that into this month's class. I changed things up a bit to fit into the frame and added a few additional embellishments & stamps. The class/kit fee is $10. The frame is $5. Fast & Fabulous Friday

Good Morning, Stampers!
It is Friday - time for another Fast & Fabulous project in under 5 minutes!

It is a decorated movie theater size box of candy!

1. Stamp Halloween stamp onto DSP & wrap around the box & secure with Snail Adhesive.

2. Punch out Daffodil Delight 2 1/2" circle. Stamp with desired stamps. Adhere to box.

3. Punch out a piece of DSP using the Decorative Label punch.

4. Punch a black bat & add eyes using white Signo gel pen. Adhere to label using a stampin' dimensional. Adhere to box.

5. Wrap a piece of festive ribbon around the box & fray with scissors.

PERFECT for co-workers, mailman, teachers, UPS Driver :o), etc....

Holiday Tin & Tags

I have a new class I am offering in November called Holiday Tin & Tags.

The class includes the altered tin as well as the 6 tags. The project was created around the Tags til Christmas bundle that is offered at a 20% savings thru December 16th. The bundle includes the Tags til Christmas stamp set & your choice of the Decorative Label punch or Ornament punch. The Tags Til Christmas bundle is available in wood mount (124077 - $38.32) or cling (124078 - $31.92). The class fee is $10 and is also available as a kit.

Good Morning, Stampers!

I was asked to add names & soccer balls to these trophies for an end-of-the-year soccer party. Staz-on ink worked like a charm! In addition to watercoloring, this solvent ink also works great on any non-porous surface (ie: plastic, glass, metal, etc.)

I used Jet Black for the soccer balls and the Cotton White for the names & numbers. A great way to personalize just about anything!

Fast & Fabulous Holiday Dress Up!

I am playing dress up today but not with my clothes - with my holiday treats! You can find these tins in any grocery store. Simply cut your decorative paper or card stock to the appropriate size of your tin. Add a couple of stamps and a few embellishments and you have a Fast & Fabulous project in under 5 minutes! This is sure to "WOW" any recipient!

Holiday Cone Treats

I always get asked the question "Where do you get all of your ideas?"


Well, I WISH I could take credit for all of the things I make, however, the truth is, Stampin' Up! offers a FABULOUS website just for Demonstrators. We can inspire & create (and copy!!) with fellow Demonstrators from all over the world! These Demonstrators are truly unbelieveable when it comes to some of the projects they create. I am so grateful to them all! I found this idea from a fellow Demonstrator, Kimberly Van Diepen. She is one amazing stamper! She made these treat cones for Halloween, however, I needed something for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Here is what I created:

I thought they would be perfect for each place setting at the table, don't you think? I used the color theme of Soft Suede, Very Vanilla & Crumb Cake. I LOVE this color combo for Fall! I chose the Elegant Soiree DSP (117163 - $9.95) and the coordinating Elegant Lines embossing folder (119277 - $7.95) as the base of the cone. The little leaf is from the French Foliage (w120845 - $19.95 - c121166 $14.95) stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog. Thanks for looking!

Simple Halloween

Todays card is a simple (& economical!) Halloween card using leftover Designer Series Paper (DSP). I am always looking for ways to use up my scraps!

I used one of my all-time favorite Halloween stamp sets - Batty for You (116576 $23.95) along with the scraps from the Wicked Fun DSP (117400-0$11.95). The little sentiment is from the stamp set Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370 - $36.95). This is one of 3 cards we will be making this week during my 3/$5 classes. Holiday Card #3

Hello Stampers!Here is the 3rd of four cards we are making today in my Holiday Card Class #3. It is Friday - WOO HOO!! That means it is time for another Fast & Fabulous Friday project! Take a look at this:
I found this cute little 4"x4" shadow box (yes, at my dollar store!) and thought it would be perfect for this little project. Here are the directions to complete this project in under 5 minutes:


1. Rub one of the Decor Elements Halloween Faces - SO quick & easy - to the front of the glass.

2. Add Halloween Designer Series Paper (DSP) of your choice to the inside of the back panel.

3. Fill with Halloween candy corn.

4. Add ribbon & tie in a bow on the top.

It is that easy! Best part is, you can make 3 of them for under $10! Great for decorations or to give as a gift!

I have never been into the Halloween Holiday as much as I have these past few weeks. I am just having so much fun creating inexpensive decorations! Check out todays post:

Isn't it cute? I created this using the Sizzix Penant die (113483 - $39.95) and our Wicked Fun DSP (117400 - $11.95). I added spider webbing from my local dollar store to add to the mood (spiders included!) and a bit of embellishing....

Stamp Club - Sneek Peek!

Here is a sneek peek at one of the projects my Stamp Club members will be making tonight. It is a covered toilet paper roll filled with a yummy chocolate treat! I originally saw this idea on Stampin' Connection by Linda Steele. I changed mine up to accomodate the stamps that I have.
